VDAs can experience a fatal exception on picadd.sys, displaying a blue screen, upon logoff from a Citrix Receiver session.

When using Citrix Receiver for HTML5 to access an Arizona-based VDA during daylight saving time, the session time zone might not properly reflect the local time even though the Citrix policies are set correctly. When using Microsoft Internet Explorer on an HDX 3D Pro desktop, the mouse cursor does not revert from the "Horizontal resize" to the "Normal" shape when you move the cursor back inside the window from the left edge position. With the Citrix Windows XP Display Driver Model (XPDM) display driver enabled, the mouse shadow setting is always enabled even though it is disabled in the Control Panel. After enabling the "Legacy graphics mode" policy, the VDA starts accepting connections again. The Citrix policy "View window contents while dragging" does not work correctly.Ī VDA might stop accepting connections. In dual-monitor HDX 3D Pro VDA sessions that are calibrated to to 150% DPI, the mouse pointer and other screen art-effects can appear outside the VDA session and thus be inaccessible. For additional product information, including supported operating systems and system requirements, see XenApp and XenDesktop 7.6 on the Citrix Product Documentation site. This document describes the issue(s) resolved by this release and includes installation instructions.
